sProperty Tax Revaluations: The Party is Fighting for You!

On Monday, April 6th, Chairman Darrel (BJ) Gibson spoke at the County Commissioner Meeting concerning Property Tax Revaluations. He submitted our SCDP Resolution "Calling for Transparency and Public Engagement in the 2026 Property Tax Revaluation" as well a sample of informational material. At this time, the county website does not have a simple and comprehensive explanation for the Appeals Process or Tax Relief Programs.

To bridge the gap, we have created a RESOURCE and will be providing information sessions through Town Halls and Affiliated Organization meetings.
