Key Dates and Filing Fees
The filing period will begin on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and end on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 12:00 noon. The filing fee for each office varies, check here for information.
When filing opens, the Board of Elections office will accept cash or check only (made payable to: Scotland County Board of Elections). The first day of filing is typically the busiest, so please be prepared for possible wait times if you choose to file that day.
